We are often asked ,what are the main differences in temperament between boys and girls, having lived with Shih Tzu for 15 years now, I have to say that I love my boys! Boys tend to be more loving, bit more laid back, they obviously don't suffer with those dreadful hormones! and the Op for castration, is cheaper than having a bitch speyed, with less complications and can be done at 6 months old! Are they harder to house train? no, I don't think they are, as always, it is the amount of time you can put in from day one...Boys are like Teddy Bears...you just love them and one just isn't enough!!
